Funding modalities:

1. Name of program: General programme : “Aide à l’Innovation” (OSEO innovation)

2. Agency : OSEO Innovation

3. Who can be funded (Who cannot be funded)? OSEO Innovation will support all types of enterprises up to 2000 employees and other types of organisation (i.e. laboratories, technical centers)

4. Which types of projects are /are not eligible? All types of projects, from industrial and applied research up to innovation are eligible. If industrial topics are specially supported, the fundamental activities can be accepted as far as they are included in a global industrial project.

5. Which types of costs are/are not eligible? Personnel costs, equipment, consumables, travelling, patenting, subcontractors are eligible. Costs pertaining to sales and distribution are non eligible costs.

6..Funding is provided as grant/loan/capital loan/guarantee. Companies will be funded by OSEO Innovation with loans at rate zero, refundable if commercial success. A maximum of 75% (80% for SME) of the claimed costs can be fundedCompanies will be funded by OSEO Innovation with loans at rate zero, refundable if commercial success. A maximum of 50% (60% for SME) of the claimed costs can be funded.

7. Limits of funding per proposal: There is no upper limit of funding per proposal

8. Aid with the feasibility of innovative projects8. Aid with the feasibility of innovative projects  Oseo supports project preparation through “APT” measure which is part of the programme  “Aide à l’Innovation”. APT covers 40% to 80% of eligible costs with a maximum of 50K€.  Funding is   provided as a grant. Eligible cost cover internal efforts and provision of service provided by  consultants, RTOs or Technical centers.
